Schiehallion

Schiehallion is a flagship yarn, exclusive to KDD. Named after one of our favourite Scottish mountain peaks, Schiehallion is a bouncy DK (or heavy sportweight) whose soft and springy hand celebrates the very best of British wool. To make Schiehallion, we select top-quality Corriedale and Cheviot fleeces, which are then carefully sorted, blended, batch-dyed and worsted spun - from fleece to finished skein - right here in the UK. Schiehallion is available in one natural and seven dyed shades whose softly muted palette reflects the distinctive character of a yarn as gentle as it is hardy. 

100% wool: 70% Corriedale / 30% Cheviot . 110m / 120 yards per 50g skein.
