Do you have a physical shop? Where are you based? Can I visit you?
We do not have a physical shop, and our retail operation is completely online. We work from our home studios near Loch Lomond, and our workshop / warehouse on the banks of the Clyde. If you would like to meet us and squoosh our yarn in person, then do come and say hello at one of the woolly shows we attend.
How do I access my digital downloads?
After purchasing your print book, you will automatically receive an email with a link to access your complimentary downloads. There is a direct link to the file, and a unique code to enable you to pop the download in your Ravelry library too. Please make sure you are logged into Ravelry first before entering your code.
I need help with a pattern. Where do I go?
Your first port of call is the Kate Davies Ravelry group, where you will find helpful comrades and a discussion thread for each of Kate's patterns. Please raise your queries in the relevant thread. If you don't find an answer, please email email@example.com
Can Kate or Tom sign my book?
Of course! Please leave any instructions / special messages in the "notes" section when checking out.
How long will my order take to arrive? How much will shipping cost?
Please see our Delivery page for information

I'm not Scottish. How do you say "Buachaille"?
Remember the "ch" is soft, as in the word "loch" and try "boo-ch-le". Still unsure? Listen to Anna's pronunciation from the sound files on this page.
